Cold and Foggy Yosemite
This is the “Valley View”, a spot made famous by Ansel Adams. In Ansel’s days, there was no nicely paved road and car park as there is now. The view, however, is as breathtaking as ever and certainly a shot that every visitor to the park seems to take (including me!). As you can see it was quite miserable and wet, but not cold enough for snow. Don’t yo just love how the fog and low hanging clouds just swirl around and add drama. It makes you want to go sit in front of a fire with a nice how bowl of pea soup!
